What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities using the Confirmation platform
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, presentations, and contract finalization
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client acquisition and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in financial technology (FinTech), SaaS, or professional services
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience using a CRM such as Salesforce
