What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand the employer's agency distribution
- Manage agents within a designated area using in-person, virtual, phone, and email communication to build relationships and improve performance
- Analyze territory to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and profitability
- Prepare and document effective pre-call strategies to support agency growth in written premiums
- Monitor agent performance and implement action plans to aid partners in business growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and in-person
- Ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts effectively
- Must be able to multi-task and learn large amounts of technical and procedural information
- Valid driver's license and compliance with the employer's driving standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the trucking industry
- Experience with commercial insurance
- Prior experience driving sales results
- Familiarity with different lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
