What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect, interview, and approve new appointments to expand the employer’s agency distribution
- Manage agents within a designated area using various communication methods to build relationships and deliver training
- Analyze territory data to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and profitability
- Prepare effective pre-call strategies and document sales calls to support agency growth
- Monitor agent performance and implement action plans to assist partners in growing their business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and in-person
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and follow complex instructions
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Compliance with employer’s driving standards and code of conduct
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the trucking industry
- Experience with commercial insurance
- Prior experience driving sales results in the insurance sector
