What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain agency relationships to increase profits for the employer's products in Wisconsin and Illinois
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance agent performance and understanding of company policies
- Analyze territory performance and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
- Document effective sales strategies and maintain records of agency performance and training
- Collaborate with product management to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive positioning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant sales or insurance experience
- Proven track record of driving sales results
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage empathetically with clients
- Valid driver’s license and compliance with the employer’s driving standards
