      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grow sales at existing and new accounts within the assigned territory
      - Lead and drive account plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve strategic objectives
      - Negotiate prices with prospective accounts and manage pricing and contracts
      - Establish and maintain customer contacts at all levels to maximize business opportunities
      - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high levels of service and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Engineering/Business with 3+ years of sales experience in the chemical industry
      - Willingness to travel within the assigned region (+-20%) as the role is fully remote
      - Demonstrated success in sales responsibilities
      - Good knowledge of specialty and intermediate chemical sales and markets
      - Excellent presentation and communication skills
