What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive functional and Technical solutions on Salesforce engagements, including integrations
- Document user requirements and assist in their development
- Advise customers on solutions that solve business problems and ensure successful adoption
- Develop reusable templates and processes for delivery excellence
- Facilitate user workshop sessions and engage with technical and QA teams to ensure systems meet business needs
- Implement and support Agile practices
- Ensure developed solutions meet business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience with Business Analysis and/or CRM systems
- Experience working on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) projects
- Experience working in business domains like Insurance, Banking, or Financial services
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of requirements gathering techniques and ability to run client workshops
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into solutions and work with technical teams
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role
