What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Aura, and Lightning Web Components
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Guide and mentor offshore development teams to enhance their skills and productivity
- Optimize existing code and Salesforce configurations following best practices
- Manage API integrations and data integration processes effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Must have Platform Developer 2 certification
- Proficiency in Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
- At least three years of experience with Lightning Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
- Five or more years of experience with Apex, API integration, and data integration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and support mechanisms
- Extensive experience working with Flows and Process Builders
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
