What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Integrate Salesforce.com with other applications using real-time, batch, and sync/async methods
- Develop and maintain applications using the Force.com Platform, including Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components
- Interact with business units to understand processes and resolve client issues effectively
- Perform application configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM systems development and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a closely related field or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Certification - Platform Developer 1 and 2
- Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
- Preferred Salesforce badges such as Lightning Badges, Apex Badges, and Integration Badge
- Demonstrated successful track record with Salesforce system implementations
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
- Detailed, organized, and results-oriented work style
