What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Integrate Salesforce.com with other applications using various methods (real-time, batch, sync/async)
- Develop and maintain applications using Force.com Platform (Apex, VisualForce, LWC, etc.)
- Interact with business units to understand processes and key requirements, proactively resolving client issues
- Perform application configuration, testing, and evaluation for quality assurance
- Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM systems with development experience on Salesforce
- Salesforce Certification - Platform Developer 1 and 2
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
- Preferred Salesforce Badges: Lightning Badges, Apex Badges, Security Badge, Integration Badge, Deployment Badge, Aura Components Specialist, Advanced Apex Specialist
- Ability to prioritize and escalate issues effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized mindset with a results-driven approach
- Experience working in high-energy, team-oriented environments
