What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the SAP Transformation initiative and ensure successful project delivery
- Define and develop project methodology, establish quality criteria, and manage vendor/supplier relationships
- Transition project phases from planning to implementation
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Implementation Partners to facilitate global transformation
- Communicate project statuses effectively to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Project Management, specifically with SAP transformations for large global employers
- Strong expertise in project management functions, including on-time delivery and status reporting
- Excellent communication skills with experience in conflict management and milestone accountability
- Proficient in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- Ability to travel to Wickliffe, OH monthly for 3-4 days
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA, SAP Cloud, or SAP ECC is a plus but not required
