  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead audit preparation and response across Information Security and IT, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation
  - Perform security risk analysis to identify risks and improve the organization's security posture
  - Serve as a subject matter expert to support risk-based decision-making across the organization
  - Establish and maintain processes for managing security-related audits and compliance checks
  - Collaborate with the Enterprise Risk Management team to design and maintain a risk and controls matrix
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 6 to 10 years of experience in information security roles, including security risk analysis and compliance
  - Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
  - Professional security risk management certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC is required
  - Proven experience with GRC platforms, particularly RSA Archer and ServiceNow
  - Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as FFIEC and SOX
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 4+ years of experience in risk treatment and controls selection
  - Direct experience with information security policies in a regulated financial services environment
  - Familiarity with the FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment Tool in a banking setting
  - Strong project management and organizational skills
  - Ability to promote a positive enterprise-wide security culture
