What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced system-level support for multi-user clinical and financial applications
- Deliver expert technical support through direct contact with end users
- Lead projects in collaboration with other Analysts to document support requirements and develop new scripts
- Educate and train end users on current applications and systems
- Work with Information Systems staff and clinical departments to achieve established goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience in an applications or technical role
- Proven experience working with end users in a project or support role
- Experience in planning, implementing, testing, and training others through projects
- Proficiency in clinical/financial applications and basic knowledge of database technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field
- Experience in process improvement projects
- Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, Novell, or Linux
- Six Sigma training and/or certification
- Strong project management skills, including practical usage of Microsoft Project
