      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate project-related activities and communications to ensure successful project execution
      - Support the Project Manager in managing large-scale projects
      - Collaborate effectively with various departments and subcontractors
      - Analyze project progress and address scheduling issues in a timely manner
      - Recruit and evaluate talent to enhance departmental capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the material handling industry or site project management
      - Proven experience managing a department or focused work team
      - Strong skills in detailed scheduling and project coordination
      - Experience in customer interaction for planning and troubleshooting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with innovative solutions in installation and mechanical issues
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
