What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write and implement code while ensuring acceptance criteria are met through local testing
- Collaborate with internal and external engineers to architect and deploy new systems
- Participate in agile methodologies through standup meetings, sprint demos, and retrospectives
- Provide feedback on code and solutions, facilitating collaboration among team members
- Interface with clients to provide project updates and propose solutions to challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of software development experience in a team environment, preferably with distributed systems
- Strong background in the healthcare industry, particularly with FHIR standards
- HL7 FHIR Fundamentals certification
- Experience developing API endpoints using Java or Python
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- HL7 CDA certification and/or HL7 V2 certification
