What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and build high-impact “0 to 1” software products for customers
- Solve complex problems across the technology stack from firmware to front-end
- Collaborate with product leadership to prioritize features that address customer needs
- Rapidly experiment and iterate based on feedback from sales and customers
- Champion and embody the company’s cultural principles as the organization scales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a proven track record of shipping products
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership over projects
- Demonstrated ability to build for speed and scale
- Strong judgment and nuance in product development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building and shipping a “0 to 1” product
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies
- Background in working with firmware and hardware teams
- Knowledge of highly distributed and out-of-order data processing
- Experience with scalable, low-latency data pipelines handling millions of events daily
