      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert, providing leadership and expertise during sales engagements
      - Create innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow Security Operations
      - Review customer security architecture and design processes for integration with ServiceNow
      - Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Security Operations
      - Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to enhance ServiceNow products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with 3-5 years of relevant experience
      - Strong pre-sales experience and understanding of the sales process
      - Experience or strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) or Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC)
      - Knowledge of Networking and Security technologies, including SIEM and threat intelligence
      - Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
      - Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST 800-61 or ISO27035
      - Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, or CEH
      - Experience in Information Security at a global or national commercial enterprise
