What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand customer business needs and assist in developing roadmaps for IT Transformation Strategies
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to design modern enterprise security solutions
- Deliver customized messaging to stakeholders ranging from C-Level Executives to Engineering teams
- Lead workshops on emerging technologies and IT operational efficiencies
- Provide thought leadership and stay current on innovative technologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years in customer-facing and customer-support roles
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Strong understanding of technical security solutions addressing customer risk exposure
- Proven ability to determine opportunities and craft statements of work in security services engagements
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IT Industry Certifications for OEM solutions, Cloud Providers, Security, and IT Frameworks are desirable
