What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage unsolicited inquiries from Healthcare Providers and respond to select Consumer and Employee inquiries
- Resolve questions and concerns effectively and efficiently through clear communication and active listening
- Document interactions, including inquiries and complaints, and manage the intake of Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance processes and implement new strategies
- Manage escalated customer requests to resolution and assess interactions to improve the customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or Healthcare Professional Degree (e.g., RN/BSN)
- Healthcare experience or experience as a pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to summarize clinical trial/scientific information and maintain a customer-centric focus
- Good typing/computer skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with clinical trials and customer experience management
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
