What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Function as a professional clinical advisor within the sales team, communicating the clinical value of products to customers
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through sales strategy and territory planning
- Engage with clinical leaders and executives to create evidence-based protocols and measure clinical effectiveness
- Support the development of clinical programming focused on mobility, falls, and infection control
- Record and maintain accurate activity and contact information in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical sales or advisory role
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a 4-year accredited program strongly preferred
- Active, current Registered Nurse license required
- Minimum of 18 months acute care hospital experience
- Proven track record of driving success and collaboration with functional partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare and/or medical device sales
- Management-level leadership experience in nursing preferred
- Excellent formal presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
