      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process consumer credit card applications according to established policies and guidelines
      - Review and handle customer account maintenance requests, such as credit limit adjustments and authorized user changes
      - Maintain accuracy and productivity standards for credit underwriting
      - Provide professional customer service by addressing inquiries from internal and external customers
      - Adhere to all applicable policies, laws, and regulations related to credit operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
      - Excellent attention to detail and decision-making abilities
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
      - Prior experience or exposure to credit card operations is highly desired

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent business experience
      - Familiarity with systems such as First Work System, TBS, ACAPS, ICE, and E-Gain
      - Excellent computer skills
      - Knowledge of Credit Operations procedures and terminology
      - Eagerness to learn about Credit Services functions
