      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee incident management for the Care organization, advocating for customer experience
      - Facilitate tracking, follow-up, escalation, and communication for all incident-related tickets
      - Monitor customer care performance and prepare detailed performance reports
      - Operate incident management bridge calls and coordinate mitigation efforts
      - Analyze data to identify trends and anomalies impacting customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 5-7 years of relevant work experience
      - Proficient verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong data analysis and Microsoft Office skills
      - Ability to work nights and weekends as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in cross-functional teamwork and incident management
      - Familiarity with customer service metrics and performance analysis
      - Knowledge of digital tools and technologies in the media and technology sector
