      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee incident management for the Care organization while advocating for the customer experience
      - Facilitate ticket management, including tracking, follow-up, and communication for escalations
      - Monitor customer care performance across various programs and vendor partners
      - Prepare and distribute performance reports, analyzing data for trends and anomalies
      - Coordinate incident management bridge calls to mitigate service disruptions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
      - Proficient verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong skills in data analysis and Microsoft Office
      - Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
