      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for employee relations concerns within the distribution network
      - Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, including harassment and discrimination
      - Collaborate with managers to address performance and policy issues
      - Coach leaders on conflict resolution and employee relations strategies
      - Monitor workplace trends and recommend solutions to enhance employee satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of employee relations or HR experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
      - Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and other labor-related laws
      - Experience in both union and non-union environments
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish; proficient in HRIS systems
