Is a trusted subject matter expert and leader within PDS as it relates to Implants, both across Specialty and GP business lines; is asked and able to use this skillset to collaborate with field team and internal departments to develop resources to further Implant growth across PDS Health.
Collaborates with Territory/Regional Partners and Operational and Clinical Leadership Teams to provide feedback, recommend solutions, and utilize resources to drive Implant growth in alignment with Owner Dentists' goals
Educates Clinical and Operational teams on Implant ROI, operational standards, best practices, and scalable workflows to drive implementation, improve clinical outcomes, and influence the use of Implants as a standard of care, where clinically appropriate.
Collaborates with Clinical Leaders and vendor partners to design Implant training and best practices on topics such as clinical restorative and surgical workflows, digital efficiencies, case acceptance, and operational processes improvements.
Works with the Specialty Operations Support team and other departments to ensure resources are available to Regional Teams and Owner Doctors, aligning with field needs and company strategy to drive Implant growth
Develops and supports the deployment of an implant education follow up strategy that ensure retention and implementation of learnings (stickiness) and creates structure clinical follow up within each Region.
Analyzes Implant pricing strategy, including related UCRs, contracted rates, and discounting habits, to advise Owner Dentists, Regional, and Departmental Leaders on market-specific opportunities and opportunities for pricing improvements
Acts as main contact between PDS Health and Implant vendor partners, providing meaningful feedback to support optimized partnerships and mutual growth
Influences improvements in Implant reporting, metrics, and data, related to case acceptance, profitability, treatment readiness in patients, etc.
Maintains a high level of awareness regarding Implant market trends, including insurance benefits, new technologies, products, business opportunities, and risks, providing proactive advice at both organizational and Regional levels
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Bachelor’s degree in related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of related experience.
6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years of experience in complex business, managerial, and healthcare; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
General knowledge of dental implants
Experience with strategic business development, project management, consulting, and/or data mining.
Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
3+ years implant-based experience.
Familiarity across multiple Implant vendors/
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration.
Willingness to grow, expand, lead, and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Ability to multi-task effectively without compromising the quality of the work.
Ability to collaborate with other departments
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Ability in managing daily operations within a team while developing long term (3-5 years) goals.
Ability to manage change and do extremely well in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment under time constraints.
Ability to take initiative and work independently, and work effectively with individuals belonging to all levels within the organization.
Strong financial acumen
Ability to effectively simplify complex data or situations and communicate information to Senior Management.
Proactively approach everything with drive and energy with an eye on the bottom line; not afraid to initiate action before all the facts are known; drive to finish everything he/she starts.

The Sr. Specialist, Implant Growth drives the operational execution and growth of the Implant platform at PDS Health. This includes developing and implementing educational offerings, ensuring scalable field team support, and driving business growth. Collaborating with the Specialty Operations Support team and Clinical Leadership, the Sr. Specialist will strategize, design and deploy Implant initiatives across the PDS Platform. They will also collaborate with Regional Partners, Specialty Regional Managers/Directors, Regional Managers/Directors, Owner Dentists, and Specialists to identify growth opportunities and related action items, aligning with Regional and Organizational growth goals.
