What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of event management initiatives, including strategic planning and logistics coordination
- Drive the planning and execution of key tradeshows, sponsorships, and affiliated events
- Coordinate internal events and virtual engagements to reinforce company goals and culture
- Develop marketing materials and creative assets to enhance brand presence at events
- Deliver post-event reporting and insights to inform future event strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or hospitality management
- 5+ years of experience in event and tradeshow strategy, planning, and logistics
- Demonstrated management of detailed fiscal budgets for events
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and stakeholders
- Highly organized with advanced project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in using MS Office, Teams, Planner, and JIRA
- Ability to travel, including weekends or evenings, as required
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to work independently within a team structure
