What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct timely and accurate quality of care investigations in accordance with state requirements
- Track and trend reportable incidents, quality of care events, and member service concerns
- Perform audits of medical records, services, and service sites to ensure quality monitoring
- Implement key quality strategies that require near real-time clinical decision-making
- Evaluate project and program activities to identify opportunities for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare with at least 1 year in quality management and clinical quality investigations
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interact effectively with health plan clinical leaders and peers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of medical record abstraction experience
- 1 year of managed care experience
- Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ) certification
- Experience working across all levels of the organization, including with executive audiences
