What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals and services within a dedicated territory
- Provide accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Master product knowledge to assess client requirements and address customer concerns
- Manage high volumes of customer contacts via phone and email daily
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to capture all relevant data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas
- Experience with high-volume calling and learning new technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
