What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the validity and verification of infrastructure projects, including lights, booms, and Helion integration
- Serve as the product-specific authority for sales teams, providing insight on market drivers and room design validation
- Utilize 3D room design tools to develop custom clinical workflow solutions for various hospital departments
- Collaborate with internal business partners and coordinate customer sales support activities
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of operating room sales experience, or 9 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in selling or project management in the healthcare field, with a preference for Capital Medical Equipment
- Ability to travel throughout the region up to 50% of the time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with partners at all levels
- Strong time management skills with the ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in surgical light and boom sales, along with operating room design
- A proactive collaborator who works in a consultative and adaptable manner
