- Define strategy and technology roadmap for scaling M365 related technologies across multiple tenants
- Define policy and configuration guidance for Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Defender
- Support advanced environment troubleshooting and end user support processes
- Build process and logical interfaces with Cyber Threat and Response teams to build cyber threat detection and prevention capabilities on endpoints
- Support Cyber Intelligence and Response teams during Cyber related initiatives and investigations
- Provide hands-on technical capability and embed with the Security Solutions Endpoint Team to design solutions that drive high value outcomes to the business
- Be responsible for identifying DT solutions, build a cybersecurity design and assessment framework, implementing the framework, leading the assessments and evaluations of existing solutions, and leading the remediation of cyber security risks or vulnerabilities
- Create and configure required cyber capabilities within SaaS, Private Cloud and On-premises Environments.
- Identify and deliver appropriate metrics to drive cloud and customer security solutions reporting framework based on business risk
- Collaborate with other Aerospace CIO teams to benchmark Cloud and Customer Solutions Cyber Security capabilities and processes
- Lead the implementation of customer, internal, and industry security standards and policies to protect GE Aerospace’s information and business operations
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Program Management or IT
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Cyber Architecture, endpoint management and/or response
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Job Description Summary
The Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager will leverage deep technology, process, and domain expertise to plan and design future state strategy for Aerospace DT Separation focused on cybersecurity capabilities in Data Centric Security. Responsible for leading, consulting, or overseeing multiple cyber security architecture engagements to detect, monitor and protect Aerospace environments. Will work on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge in Cyber Security and related platforms.
As part of the GE Aerospace Infrastructure separation workstream, Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager – M365 Data Centric Security, is a project role that will support the separation of GE Aerospace into an independent, investor-grade company.
