      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor vendor performance and maintain communication to ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly
      - Develop and lead cost-saving initiatives within the mobility program
      - Coordinate global deployment and maintenance of mobile devices
      - Direct the integration of mobile devices resulting from mergers and acquisitions
      - Prepare detailed reports on mobile device usage, performance, and costs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years' experience in a customer-facing mobility role, with at least 5 years in supervisory or leadership positions
      - Proven track record of exceptional customer service and operational excellence
      - Strong leadership abilities with skills in influencing and negotiating
      - Advanced knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, and mobile applications
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse audience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with mobile device management and security technologies
      - Solid understanding of the employer's systems, programs, and processes
      - Strong business insight and analytical skills
      - Experience in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders
