What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and propose data strategy opportunities to facilitate data integration efforts between internal and external stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional project deployments and communicate project objectives to business and technology partners
- Administer and enhance reporting capabilities ensuring data integrity
- Represent the employer on industry forums and coordinate responses on its behalf
- Assess automation opportunities and recommend process enhancements in partnership with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in the annuity industry, with a minimum of 5 years in systems analysis focusing on complex data integrations
- Working knowledge of DTCC and ACORD annuity industry standards
- Demonstrated ability to form meaningful partnerships at all organizational levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
- Undergraduate degree in business/technology concentration or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and business data flows within the annuity administration ecosystem
- Experience mentoring team members on analyst/industry best practices
- Familiarity with FIDx/Envestnet or similar third-party platforms
- Participation in industry forums such as Insurance Retirement Institute (IRI) OpsTech group
- Business Analyst certification
