What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively assist enterprise customers with post-sales installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Comprehensive Submissions Encounter Management Platform
- Conduct gap analysis and data validation, identifying issues in data submission and determining financial impacts
- Provide technical support to enterprise clients on operational aspects of products
- Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve support issues and document bugs
- Host online troubleshooting sessions and ensure a satisfying customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Health IT/Informatics/Management Information Systems or a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Risk Adjustment data management
- Strong understanding of claims data, encounter response files, and EDI transactions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with EDI Standards such as X12 and HL7

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing product back end and web services
- Familiarity with non-Windows operating systems (e.g., Linux, HPUX, AIX)
- Knowledge of CMS Risk Score and Risk Adjustment methodologies
- Prior experience with ETL and Mapping
- Understanding of Medicaid processes and regulations
