What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for various roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align on staffing needs throughout the recruitment process
- Advise on recruitment practices and ensure compliance within an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) organization
- Develop targeted job descriptions and craft compelling job postings to attract top talent
- Conduct interviews and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) for a seamless recruitment process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
- 1+ year full-lifecycle recruiting experience in an affirmative action organization
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and demonstrated skills in sourcing, networking, screening, and interviewing
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage a high volume workload
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with all levels of staff and applicants

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven track record of innovative recruiting initiatives and campaigns
- Experience with SAP and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- PHR certification is a plus
- Availability for some travel
