Responsible for evolving an integrated talent strategy by implementing Talent Management frameworks, processes, and tools for the talent cycle, talent reviews, talent playbooks, performance management and succession planning. Provides research and bench marking support and maintains a network of vendors and colleagues to enhance and sustain initiatives and goals. Is a subject matter expert in the area of Talent Management (Performance Management, Talent Calibrations, and Succession Management) and utilizes high-level consultative skills at the Senior Leadership level.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work at a Company facility at least three days a week. The Department designates the specific three days of the week Employees must work on-site.
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. is required, and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available.
- Define program objectives and requirements that support the talent strategy, initiate program setup, establish and implement program management plans, monitor program results and develop sustainability measures
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and uses innovation in the design, development and project management of Talent Management programs and initiatives
- Set the strategy for corporate communication and change management efforts required to ensure successful implementation and adoption of talent strategic initiatives across Southwest
- Provide talent planning, development, bench strength, and succession expertise to Senior and Executive Leaders to cultivate buy-in and partnership
- Support Talent Management as a strategic business partner by understanding the overall organizational strategy and application to Talent Management strategies
- Develop an enterprise view of talent strengths and gaps and consult with HR Business Partners and Talent Management Leadership to develop plans and talent playbooks to address gaps
- Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of talent development strategies and initiatives against the short and long term needs of the business and function and recommend and implement changes as needed
- Evaluate regulatory changes and identify any potential implications to existing policies, programs and procedures to make recommendations for changes and ensure implementation of proper updates
- Manage all risk associated with program planning by identifying and forecasting pertinent problems, evaluating and recommending solutions, and implementing the appropriate course of action
- Create and deliver presentations to Executive Leadership including business cases, project proposals, status reports, process improvement recommendations, as well as providing consultative support regarding strategic objectives and tactical program actions

- Knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Knowledge of leading a project Team
- Knowledge of using statistical information to identify trends and track progress of the programs
- Skilled in tracking and executing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail under tight time frames in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in setting program goals and milestones and working independently to meet or exceed these goals
- Skilled in influencing and the ability to solve problems
- Ability to research, analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to influence at Executive Leadership levels and demonstrate excellent consulting skills
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Expert level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge in:
- Talent Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development or related experience
- Planning and managing large scale projects
- Program design and implementation
- Consulting experience working with Senior Leaders
- Preferred: Experience with Workday
- Preferred: Experience working on executive talent reviews, succession planning, and talent strategy work

- Ability to use a computer with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

Competitive market salary from $124,550.00 per year to $138,400.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunity for future pay increases based on performance and market movement. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
