What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical subject matter expertise and support for the US Federal Motorola Solutions Account team
- Design high-value solutions based on customer needs and requirements
- Create detailed requirement reviews and compliance matrices
- Deliver product demonstrations to end users and at trade shows
- Collaborate with partners and engage in innovative opportunities with strategic technology partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience in needs analysis and solution design, or 11+ years of relevant experience
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance
- Strong ability to understand and draw out customer needs and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and telephony protocols such as SIP and h.323
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Engineering, IT, or Computer Science bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience with IP network design and administration
- Familiarity with multicast IP routing and PBX design
- Experience with RAVE Mobile Safety Suite
