What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical subject matter expertise for the US Federal Motorola Solutions Account team
- Design high-value solutions based on customer needs and requirements
- Support customer meetings and deliver product demos at trade shows
- Collaborate with partners and engage in innovative opportunities with strategic technology partners
- Conduct detailed requirement reviews and develop technical proposal content
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in needs analysis and solution design, or 11+ years of relevant experience
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance
- Experience working with the Federal Government
- Strong ability to identify and articulate customer needs and requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Computer-aided Dispatch (CAD)
- Familiarity with telephony protocols such as SIP and h.323
- Knowledge of IP network design and administration
- Experience with multicast IP routing
- Preferred experience with PBX design and RAVE Mobile Safety Suite
