  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Quickly learn and understand core business processes within the trucking markets globally
  - Maintain and develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders
  - Partner with business and technology teams to analyze and document requirements
  - Manage project resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects
  - Monitor system performance and propose enhancements for improved efficiency
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 12 years of IT experience or applicable work experience
  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business; MBA is a plus
  - In-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS SaaS solutions with implementation or upgrade experience
  - Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes
  - Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with TMOD and TM (both Optimization and Execution) within Blue Yonder
  - Intellectual curiosity and ability to question thought partners across functional areas
  - Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills
  - Understanding of various software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  - Ability to partner with technical subject matter experts to identify resolution paths
