      - Collaborate with various stakeholders including Product, Technology, and legal teams
      - Manage multiple concurrent projects related to data security initiatives
      - Evaluate and manage vendors for data discovery and protection solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in data security, technical program management, or related roles
      - Prior experience as a Security Engineer transitioning into Program or Product Management
      - Strong technical background in data security and cryptographic techniques
      - Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data security tools and platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Rubrik, and Skyflow
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
