You’ll also play a key role in configuration, change, and release management, while collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams. Your ability to lead with influence, apply analytical thinking, and drive innovation will be critical to your success.

      • Manage configuration, change, and release processes to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of technical solutions.

      • Provide support to project teams and cross-functional initiatives, acting as a key liaison between engineering, product, and business units.

      • Identify and recommend technical and process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and product quality.

      • Define, implement, and consult on project management standards, tools, and best practices across teams.

      • Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

      • Guide teams through requirement analysis, ensuring functional and non-functional needs are clearly defined and met.

      • Support system and technology integration efforts, ensuring seamless communication across platforms and applications.

      • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

      Who You Are:

      • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 4 years’ experience as a Project/Program Manager. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 8 years’ experience in a related field

      • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects or committed deliverables and delivering them on time and within budget

      • Experience working in an agile environment (preferred scaled agile).

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels

      • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software or some experience with ability to learn quickly.

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

      • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

      • Live within a commutable distance to the office.
