What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supply chain initiatives
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and operations leaders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
- Drive sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and project tracking using Jira and other tools
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues early, and drive mitigation plans
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and progress to stakeholders and leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in technology, supply chain, or operations-focused organizations
- Strong background with Agile methodologies, sprint management, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, or OMS
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear deliverables and business outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications
- SQL skills (a bonus, not required)
