What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to tester efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with leadership to establish metrics for assessing tester effectiveness
- Set up and maintain dashboards in Jira and Confluence to monitor tester performance
- Analyze data and produce weekly performance reports, highlighting trends and potential issues
- Provide training to cross-functional stakeholders on data use and access
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data and operations analyst in test operations, quality assurance, or a similar analytical role
- Expertise with Jira, Confluence, MS Power BI, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
- Proven capability to collaborate with technical and managerial teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.S. in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Technology
- Experience creating interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
