What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and analyze data-driven insights to provide actionable intelligence on the performance of the wholesale battery fleet
- Foster understanding of Autobidder's performance against competitor benchmarks to inform business strategy
- Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute ideas for improving field performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate reporting tools and processes for scalability and efficiency
- Participate in on-call rotations for Autobidder market operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Python with the ability to develop and run analytical tools
- Professional experience in energy-related commodity trading or electricity market research
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data management skills with experience in large datasets
- Proven experience with simulation techniques to evaluate and refine KPIs
