What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional client service to internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report on lease expirations and other critical dates
- Manage smaller real estate transactions and coordinate with brokers
- Assist the transactions team with documentation and financial analysis
- Prepare market and demographic information for presentations and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a state real estate salesperson license
- Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate transaction management or corporate real estate
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in any field, with finance or real estate being ideal
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Cushman & Wakefield or similar real estate firms
- Familiarity with transaction management technologies (e.g., Fusion, CoStar, REFLEX)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented approach with a sense of urgency
