- Underwrite renewal specialty accounts to drive profitable growth and align with industry segment goals
- Manage assigned portfolio to achieve profitability, retention, and new business goals
- Utilize advanced underwriting concepts for risk selection and exposure identification
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with agencies and internal resources
- Implement territory business plans and monitor performance for growth opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of underwriting experience
- 3+ years of experience driving agency relationships resulting in profitable renewal business
- High level of proficiency across underwriting core competencies
- Ability to analyze and solve problems while managing multiple concurrent projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialization or certification in 1-2 specialty areas
- Experience in mentoring less experienced underwriters
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging various stakeholders
