What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the overall User Experience, from discovery to delivery and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure successful execution of product initiatives
- Drive initiatives that improve usability, design consistency, compliance, and overall experience quality
- Conduct market research and user research to identify opportunities for new features and product improvements
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Design, Engineering, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, UX strategy, or a related field, with at least 3+ years leading experience-focused initiatives within SaaS or FinTech products
- Proven track record of delivering user experiences that drive measurable outcomes across complex products
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications in product management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic, AIPMM)
- Experience leading initiatives such as design systems, accessibility programs, or journey mapping
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software or FinTech environments
- Strong strategic UX mindset with a deep understanding of user-centered design
- High degree of adaptability and ownership in a remote-first organization
