  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead user research efforts across multiple products and Agile delivery teams
  - Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy and design decisions
  - Conduct usability testing, interviews, contextual research, surveys, and analytics-based analysis
  - Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for teams
  - Mentor and support junior UX researchers while managing multiple projects to meet deadlines
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  - 5–7 years of experience conducting user research for digital products or services
  - Strong understanding of user research methods and human-centered design principles
  - Proven ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and influence decision-making
  - Experience using UX research platforms and collaboration tools
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Advanced academic training or certification in user research or a related discipline
  - Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or iterative delivery environments
  - Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows to support research delivery
