  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop front-end, back-end, and/or middleware solutions to meet business needs
  - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and requirements
  - Provide constructive feedback during code reviews to improve team development skills
  - Maintain and iterate on interconnected build systems and develop scalable single-page applications
  - Contribute to CI/CD processes using DevOps tools and participate in Agile ceremonies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  - 7+ years of experience in all phases of modern full-stack web development
  - Expert skills in CSS and JavaScript development
  - Experience using/developing for CMS platforms; familiarity with Sanity.io is a plus
  - Knowledge of multiple software development methodologies/lifecycles
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with headless application architectures and frontend technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, and React
  - Familiarity with APIs, web performance, and accessibility tools
  - Proficiency in Git and continuous integration/build automation tools
  - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
