What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the configuration of Payroll and Time Tracking in Workday, ensuring accurate implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to align Workday with organizational goals
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency through proposed system changes
- Build and modify custom reports to optimize standard operations
- Manage enhancements and configurations for HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Timecards, Absence/Leaves, and Payroll
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional experience in fast-growing, global companies, with at least 2 years in Workday Payroll and Time Tracking configuration
- Proficient in Workday business process configuration, security, and organizational setup
- Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules in both U.S. and international contexts
- Strong understanding of Payroll processes and time entry designs
- Ability to work independently to deliver enhancements or fixes on time, with accurate timelines and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous payroll processing experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and prioritization
- Experience with Jira, Zendesk, and other business applications integrating with Workday
- Knowledge of employment compliance and legal best practices
- Experience with Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Core HCM modules
