      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday for accurate and efficient payroll processing
      - Set up and run Workday to comply with company policies and regulatory standards for payroll and time tracking
      - Collaborate with integration teams to test and implement interfaces between Workday and other systems
      - Identify and implement process optimization and automation opportunities for improved efficiency
      - Build, generate, and analyze payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in Workday payroll roles with in-depth knowledge of Workday modules
      - Proven experience in crafting and handling Workday integrations with other HR systems
      - Detailed understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws across various states
      - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of mentoring junior resources

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
