  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design, implement, and maintain security architecture aligned with federal security standards
  - Lead security planning and risk assessments for AWS-hosted government systems
  - Oversee incident response, vulnerability management, and system hardening activities
  - Develop and maintain essential security documentation for system authorization
  - Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security into SDLC/DevOps pipelines
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  - 5+ years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years supporting federal government contracts
  - Deep understanding of federal security frameworks, including FISMA and NIST
  - Hands-on experience managing security in AWS cloud environments
  - Proficiency in modern DevSecOps toolchains and methodologies
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - CISSP, CISM, or equivalent federal security certification (e.g., CAP, GSLC)
